Music Video Question?

Hi, I am appealing to all music lovers out there especially the ones who watch music videos frequently.





I have came across this very awsome music video with very deep emotional meaning and lyrics as well but the trouble i cannot find who is the singer and the song title.





Here are some details/clues about the Music Video.





It shows a young lady involved in a serious car accident that left her on the steering wheel with blood on her face unconsious.





The male band and the singer continue to sing in the downpour while rescue workers rush to rescue the woman trapped in her car.





While people continue with their daily routines and activities





Towards the end of the Music video, suddendly other people lifes are disrupted when they are involved in the same accident the young lady experience, they are flung onto the floor and wall while doing their daily activities.
